Privacy Policy

Celly · Effective October 23, 2026

Celly (the “app”) is an NHL stats and insights service run by Six North Digital in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the app and website, why, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as we can.

1. What we collect

Account information. When you create an account or sign in, we receive your email address and, if you use Google, the name on your Google account. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google). We never see your password; Firebase stores it securely.

Notification choices. If you turn on notifications, your browser or phone gives us a push “subscription”: a web address and encryption keys used to deliver alerts to that device. We store it with the alerts you picked (EV trends, favorite teams’ games) and your favorite teams, so we know what to send. It isn’t linked to your name or email.

Things saved on your device. Favorite teams and players, notification settings, parlay legs, goalie selections and your signed-in session are kept in your browser or app storage on your own device. They stay there unless you clear them.

Technical information. Like any website, our server and hosting provider receive your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages or data requested. We use this only to run, secure and fix the service. We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers.

Purchases. If paid plans are offered, payments are processed by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) or a payment provider. We receive confirmation of your plan and its status, never your full card details.

Messages to us. If you send feedback or a question through Give feedback / Contact support, we receive what you write, the reply email address you choose to give (optional), whether you’re signed in, and basic device details (browser or app, screen) so we can help. Messages are delivered to us by email.

2. How we use it

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help run the app, and only what they need:

The app also loads team logos and player photos directly from NHL servers, so those servers receive your IP address like any website image. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

4. Where it’s stored

Our providers store data in Canada, the United States and possibly other countries. Information stored outside Canada is subject to the laws of those countries and may be accessible to their authorities.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law. To use any of these rights, contact us as shown below. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

7. Age

The app is only for people 19 or older (or the legal betting age where they live, if higher). We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), rely on established providers for sign-in and storage, and limit who can access data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We’ll change the date above, and tell you in the app if the changes are significant.
