Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Six North Digital (“we”, “us”), of Ontario, Canada, for your use of the Celly app and website (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 19 years old, or the legal age to bet on sports where you live if that is higher. Don’t use the service where doing so is illegal. You’re responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

2. Information only, no betting

The service provides sports statistics, odds comparisons, model estimates and similar information for entertainment and information purposes. We are not a sportsbook. We don’t take bets, hold money for wagers, or place bets for you, and we don’t receive any part of your bets.

Nothing in the service is a guarantee, a promise of winnings, or financial, investment or professional advice. Probabilities, grades, “edges”, “value”, “EV” figures and alerts come from statistical models and rules of thumb that can be wrong. Sports results are uncertain. Any decision to bet is yours alone, and you are responsible for any losses.

3. Accuracy and availability

Schedules, scores, statistics, injuries, lineups, starting goalies and odds come from third-party sources and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Odds change often; always check the price with your sportsbook before you bet. The service may change, be interrupted, or stop at any time, and notifications may arrive late or not at all.

4. Your account

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account.

5. Paid plans

Some features may require a paid subscription. If a plan is offered:

• Prices, the billing period and any free trial are shown before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• On our website, Celly Pro is sold by Six North Digital and payments are processed by Stripe. New accounts get one 3-day free trial; a payment card is required to start it. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel. The season pass is one payment that covers the 2026–27 NHL regular season and playoffs and does not renew. Cancel anytime in Account › Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Launch prices stay the same for as long as your subscription stays active.
• Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are billed and managed by that store. Cancel in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store’s refund policy.
• If you don’t cancel before a free trial ends, you’ll be charged for the plan you picked.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell, republish or redistribute the service’s content or data, or use it to build a competing product;
• share your account or paid access with others;
• overload, probe, or interfere with the service, or try to get around access limits or passwords;
• reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Ownership

The service, including its design, software, models and original content, belongs to Six North Digital and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use it for your own non-commercial purposes under these terms.

NHL, team names, logos and marks belong to the National Hockey League and its teams, and player names belong to their owners. They are used to identify teams and players. The service is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the NHL, the NHLPA, any team, or any sportsbook.

8. Responsible gaming

Bet only what you can afford to lose, and never chase losses. If gambling stops being fun, help is free and confidential: ConnexOntario, 1-866-531-2600, 24/7. Outside Ontario, contact your local problem-gambling helpline.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Six North Digital and its owners and suppliers are not liable for any betting or financial losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or CA$50.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims caused by your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

12. Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections 2, 3, 7 and 9–14 continue after your use ends.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and tell you in the app if the changes are significant. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
